Lighting and atmosphere are awesome!

Some points from me:
The Lights in the hallway appear to be on and lighten up the room. The Reflector however implies it is off. I presume you used the directional light feature, which is physically correct and all energy dissapears after the falloff angle. See here for the help dock.
Disable directionality, since you have a light blulb reflector or fake with ray switchers.

The stairs have this light spot in the middle of the first step. There is no context for this spot of light and seems odd and out of place.

Also the left side of the stairs has a rather low contrast compared to the stairs. I am on an srgb calibrated monitor, so it will be better on consumer screens, but its still rather low for my taste. maybe make wall lighter or darker to contrast the rest of the left side.

Also: why is the carpet under the table reflective? Is there a glass plate on the carpet?

Other than that, it looks really sexy!

Hi SairesArt, awesome feedback. Still learning and and perfecting corona and PBR so will try those suggestions.
