Hello Guys, I need some help, which one is better and what would you change??

Maybe number 3..but I'd change the color of grass, I think could be darker and the sky seems too dark for the light in the scene.. And maybe some bump texture on the walls :)

Thank you, Yeah skies are dark, I am trying to create cloudy effect, but nothing is working.

The tree is way to big and completely subtracts from the image.

The grass is washed out, I would got at it with PS and paint over some grass from a source photo

I would change the plaster texture. its too perfect white, it looks not realistic. maybe try with uvw and layered material to add some dirt were the walls touch the ground.

Also i would add some constructional details such as "roof border" (i dont know the names in english).

and then look at all the metal sheets and small details and add some to youre model. if this house would be built, the stairs would not look like that, the railing would not look like that and the walls wouldnt too. just add some detail

i also dont know if the suited man, the porsche and bikini woman fit there. in my opinion its much too stereotypic, but thats just my opinion.

Thank You, Yeah I agree to add some details, I am just running out of time it took a month to work on this project, and there are still some thing to do on the plans and Interior. I have 2 month to do 3 additional projects to apply for masters It is so complicated. I think to change  white walls to Travertine Cludding, but I did not got your point, why in reality stairs and railing wont look like that ?? And It is not a Porsche is one sweet Mercedes SLS ))))))

I like the B&W one, but maybe it's just a matter of taste. My suggestion is to move the guy away from the very center (maybe to the wooden beams area?), and make the girl less obvious too. I find both of them very distracting.
