Hello,

Just had a bit of an issue with the fault tolerant heap and I have an extra suggestion for people dealing with this issue.

If you follow the helpdesk instructions and you are still having trouble with the troublesome .exe then make sure you delete the appropriate exe's entry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\FTH\State as well. Worked wonders for me :)

Another option is just disabling FTH completely. ;)
