Setup a LUT for that or slap on some color grading in Photoshop, I doubt this requires layering magic.
First, make the Warmish color with the color gamma and levels controls and after that push up the Black output levels above 5 or something or push the input levels below 0 (you can type that in the levels adjustment in PS)
This way you get the yellowish mood, without affecting the blacks, that are supposed to become grays.
(Obviously don't sharpen) and experiment with Corona's filter size of > 2. Some coronauts found that going higher than default on the tent image filter makes the image look a teeny bit more natural at high resolutions.
The filter is apply at each sample, so it is subpixel perfect, where Photoshop does it on a per pixel level, may change another detail here and there.
