It's not about distribute rendering bugs either (original topic's location). So where should i move this, to feature requests, C4D feature requests or i need help board? Your first post seems a bit unclear.

This should be perfectly possible in Corona without any special plugins or new features. I remember doing this some time ago for someone else.
Do you need this effect in C4D or Max, because I do not know which of the apps I should run. :)

Hi Romullus!

I understand that is a feature request but for corona generaly.

you dont understand about microscratches?

look this link for tuto about this. (for vray)

http://viscorbel.com/microscratches-swirl-marks-spiderwebbing-vray-tutorial

On corona is not  possible because the rays is not around the point of light (see the image file on this post)

So I wonder if someone could help us with that because we from the facebook Corona BR (brasilian) group are curious to know if is possible adjust this

Yes, i know what those microscratches are, but i'm struggling to understand what your request is. It is possible to get same effect like in viscorbel link that you provide. I think i've seen couple examples here in forum and i was done some successful tests myself some time ago.

Here.
I'm not sure what went wrong in your file (probably something was wrong with the normal map), but this simply has to work in any renderer.

Hi Maru!

Thank you!

with your correct maps I can see my error on test and see an option to flip "Y" axis on NDO as the image at down

but if is incorrect in corona we can press "flip Y" and is solved!

Really thank you for help

here is the same file corrected with normal.
