Really loving the 'Render only elements' function, I do a quick render of these with a  'source color' pass as well and I can start working on the technical part of a comp while the pretty pictures render on the farm.

But I have multiple shot and I don't see a way to batch or network rendering them? any clues?

Are you using Backburner? I just rendered a few thousand element frames with it and seems to work ok. Just enter the path you want to save the element to and put the following under String Options from the Performance tab. I think you need devel/debug mode enabled for the string options box to show up.

bool shading.enable = false

You don't need to save any beauty frames in order for it to save the elements but it'll warn you anyways when you submit to Backburner.

Yes, the answer given by Jasond should work. See: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000518663

Cheers! It never occurred to me to check the string ops for this! :)
