Its a fair amount of photoshop but overall architecture and light is Corona

Nekrobul's versions looks cool, but maybe a bit overprocessed. The original looks underexposed, unless it was shot on a stormy day, where the clear part of the sky is visible. :)

There is also some dark spot visible in the middle of the picture - right next to the middle of the tree trunk.

Not much

1. increased exposure a little
2 tuned hilights and shadows using camera raw
3 added a round b\w gradient to focuse on the building
4 copied to BW and tuned contrast till i liked the result
5 mixed B\w version with original using soft light somwhere around 50%
6 added a couple of luts just to toon a little.
