Hi,

is it possible to somehow automate the manual workflow shown in this video for corona renderer? I use Colimo a lot in my daily work and would love to use it also with corona :-)

Thanks and best regards

I did leave a message in the motiva-forum (http://www.motivacg.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=374) and Victor seems to be excited about supporting corona! Now all you guys need to do is get in contact with each other :D Hopefully we´ll see corona-support in colimo soon ;-)

Best regards

It looks pretty well, is there some performance hit ? Or it's just passes so rather minimal ?

Hi Ondra,

any news about supporting Motiva Colimo (http://www.motivacg.com/en/colimo/)?  I´m in the middle of a contract work and would love to use corona for the final rendering! It´s kinda hard to switch back to MR for colimo-projects, after using corona ;-D

Thanks in advance,
Nupsi

I'm in the process of implementing it, but unfortunately many higher priority features popped up

It´s just a very clever way of using render passes, Juraj. So Motiva itself works in realtime. The rendering of the necessary passes in 3ds max takes a while though. But after that is done, you can change textures, lighting, colors etc. on the fly.

@Keymaster
Thanks for the info. Glad to hear that you´re already in the process of implementing it! May I ask for a rough time table....with cream and cherry on top?! ;-D

He pretty much said, that Corona will be working with this program, yet he has more important tasks to acmplish than that.

Hey Tanakov,

and you´re right, he did. But I think it´s still ok to ask nicely if there´s a rough time table.
