Hello,
as I expected, If I type 45, I image that the bokeh rotation will be 45°, but it's not true.
So, what's the unit of Rotation ?

Yes, you are right

90° = 1.57 rad
180° = 3,14 rad

Not a  big bug, but it's better to write rotation in [deg], instead [rad]
