Hello

As I saw these renders by BBB3viz http://www.flickr.com/photos/bbb3viz/albums/72157626096759664 I wanted to create my own renders of this building even I know I am not quiet as good and I see myself still as a beginner.

Now I started and got stuck... I dont know how to proceed, what to do, focus on. I dont want to recreate those other images. So maybe you could share some c&c. Thanks.

Daniel

Bertrands works always inspiring everyone. and bertrand's Bauhaus Dessau has strong post pro which is so dominating the mood.
maybe this is what you need:
- try different HDRI for better lighting. and this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=58xLiRhaCVI
- dirt on the walls, try to explore corona layeredmtl, multimap, mix, AO, vertex paint, etc. diffuse and reflection need that.
- more grass plant to random with coronascatter
that's all I guess :D

but also be careful with postpro, Bertrand did a mistake in his Bauhaus Dessau, he forgot to postprocessing the sky in glass reflection so the sky hasn't the same color with its reflection.
I'm not good with post production, most of my work was done without post pro

happy rendering!
