I do not know who designed it but there is one big mistake. This 400 mm high drop between kitchen and living part.

Someone most definetly will get killed by this thing while cooking on this kitchen.

Indeed, looks like accident waiting to happen. Also to have all those electrical appliances under a leaking roof isn't a brightest idea... unless this kitchen is located in Atacama desert ;]

Hello friends, how can I say to you, let's put this is a backyard design a house from the inside, as Nekrobul rightly placed a 400 mm difference from one level to another, but a customer on a tight budget and true 3D design was just to show the aesthetics of a recreation area with dual functionality turning into a mini industrial kitchen, good design is not mine as I said I was hired just to make 3D and the customer did not want so some spend on the technical part of the work ...
