If cc is welcome i would like to say some words. First off all: Good start!

Going in deeper, the Image misses contrasts. If you put it in PS and apply a curve, you will notice that there is a big hill in the mid tones (grays) and nearly no Peaks in the highs and shadows. This makes the Image dull. Eich is sad, looking at the effort you put in models and shaders.

Another Thing that allways grinds my gears is that the tiles are placed randomly. No tile placing craftsman (i dont know the right word for the dude) would place them that way. I allways try to adjust the uv mapping so the tiles and with ther borders on walls. If you Need to cut them, i would always end with a painted in border to make a believalel ending of the tiled area. Like in the real world.

Or add a socked area arround all the walls.

All in all These little Details help to improve the realism in your Images. And mostly they do not cost much more time to work on.

Hope my tips are usefull for you.

Regards!

Yeah, thanks for CC. It was more or less a test how Corona works.
