For now not. But it is planed to be studio apartments 80m2 without balconies. Projekt will be continued with interiors as soon as our CEO wil return from sweeden (hopfuly with good news)

Got to remember this. Briliant idea. Next one will come with a river or a canal sth like Amsterdam or Paris.
