Hi guys!

I work as a CG artist in Spain, and I'd like to hear from you what are the main marketing strategies that you use to get new clients. It can sound stupid but i'm pretty sure many people will benefit from this topic.

In my case, appart from the website (which is obvious that nowadays is essential), we use email marketing (via Mail Relay) to send newsletters to our clients, and also we publish all the work on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram).

What other means do you think that can be useful to grow? We are thinking about Google Adwords to get more visits to the website. Does anyone think that the latter would be a good idea to spread the word? Do you know others?

Sorry about my English, I hope this can be helpful for all the people related to this industry.

If you are dependant mostly on local clients from my experience AdSense, newsletters and such are all 99% useless. I have no idea what the situation there is, but walking up to every architect's office in the city usually works best for finding out what the situation is, what clientele they have and if archviz is needed. Then by word of mouth or phone numbers + recome dations yada yada is how it mostly works for me.

But then again I don't have much experience, just my observation.
I hear especially from wedding photographers, that 50+% of their clients come from Facebook, I personally don't believe in that to be a constant option.
