Im not sure if its just me, But substance designer looks awesome in theory but it really isnt artist friendly and its really really slow on my machine even with dual cpus and SLI GPUs.
Has anyone tried it?

I tried demo and i liked it. It works fine on my dated hardware. I think it's great for gamedev, but not that useful when you mainly working with high poly models without those extra baked maps. Otherwise i would buy it in an instant, especially with it's nice rent to own pricing.
