Really odd problem that has seemingly popped up overnight. When I DR this scene it is super noisy, but if it is rendered locally it looks great. It doesn't matter if the DR version is sent to backburner and rendered that way, or if i set it off from my computer.

Any ideas on what might be the cause? I've attached screengrabs, you're looking at a 200% zoom of the 5x3k render.

Here are some exr's (converted to JPG) from one of the DR slaves, not exactly sure what these should look like...

Hi, are you sure you are waiting long enough for the slaves to contribute to the image? You can try lowering synchronization interval in DR settings.

About the 2nd post: all I see is long horizontal bars. Is that what you are getting from the retained EXRs?

I'm giving the slaves 10sec to transfer 50000 pixels, I just realized that that is why the 2nd post is thin horizontal bars. They are 50,000 pixels each.

I'll try giving the slaves 30sec

Maybe there is some black magic here, like fault tolerant heap. Are you getting any error messages? Can you start a new ticket here? https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

No error messages, I am going to make a new output file from scratch to render from and see if that solves it. I'll make a ticket, I won't be able to share the scene though :(
