Probably your light is too dim. Try this: disable enviroment light, start render, adjust exposure until you see that your ligh is working. See? Now set everything back and increase intensity of your light, or reduce intensity of enviroment.

Hi. "Visible directly" is unchecked - therefore it is black. Activate direct visibility and it'll show in the render.

Even if you enable "visible directly"?
Is the problem with the light object visibility (you want to see the glowing sphere in the rendering) or with its illumination (you want it to illuminate the surrounding scene)?

I'm not sure but it looks like lights display is disabled in the viewports. In that case you need to turn on 'Render hidden lights' in Corona's render settings.

Maybe it's still too weak? I think when using lumen as the unit, it can need very high values. Does the wall have any diffuse value? Or is it a reflective metal?

I'd suggest you switch all other lighting off and focus on that one light only so it's easier to track down why it's not showing up.

You have to increase intensity, turn off skylight / sunlight, and see if it works or not.

for the "black" issue, try to uncheck "occlude other lights"
