Nice work. Great lithing. But one thing gives me the creeps.

Chromatic aberations on the first shot are waaay too strong almost like it was shot with ZENITH.

Oh c'mon, Zenith wasn't bad camera at all. But it doesn't matter, because cameras doesn't poduce CA - it's lens that does.

And BTW, i don't think it's too much, at least not for me :] What botters me though, it's windows are way to high - one can see nothing but the sky through it, if one sits on sofa.

I like the overal look. Fixing the curtain material would make those images less doubt in terms of realism :)

You're right CA is a little bit overdone but I like when there is a lot of CA in the image :)
About the windows. I know that they look pretty weird on that height but it's just like it was on the project...
And for the curtains, I'm always struggling with curtains shader :/

If you have any tips about the curtain shader, please do share!  I find people do them very differently all the time, and often it seems to be scene specific.
