The Bush has a clear repetition, which I immidetly noticed. May be due to making the bush an array, or copying and interleaving.
Since the wall apperas to be a material with a bump/normal texture and not a displacement, the wall lacks definition on the right side of the block.
It appears too clean and gives it the computery look, of pixel perfect boxes stacked onto each other. My idea would be to put something there to brake it up, or just displacement.
Also, it would be nice if you could combine the disaturated sky from the first image, with the exposure and color for the 2nd one.
I have an srgb calibrated monitor and the blue saturation hurt my evening tired eyes.
On a non calibrated monitor with higher saturation, this may hurt the eyes and become a bit of eye cancer.
Other then the water looking a bit to clean for my taste and the image consisting of 25% empty blue sky with no clouds or anything, it's a nice looking render.
edit: I don't know if it's the architecture, but you can see through the house to the other side and see the bush if you look into the living room, seems odd.
