Using the corona sun wired to an hdri produces a crash, the moment i start interactive it works, when i change the sun rotation it crashes

It seems to be caused by Vray HDRI - it does not like rotation changes (see https://corona-renderer.com/bugs/view.php?id=1071). Does it crash also with Corona bitmap or standard bitmap?

On that note, are there any plans for a CoronaHDRI mat? Something with nice rotation and shifting controls like the vrayhdri one, but somehow optimised for corona.

Try bitmap HDR

I'll look into this but does it have the same handy rotation tools as the vrayhdri loader? I figured that's the reason that many users seem to use the latter.

i use it for the gamma correction, to harden or soften the shadows, any way i can do this using the standard bitmap???
Ondra It worked using the standard 3dmax loader, but im missing the gamma input... :(
