My attempt to create a natural skin. There is still much to work on. In Corona render it's incredibly intuitive and easy to create such complex materials.
Cinema4D\ Corona B2 daily May 30 2018

Wow ! Thank you, it looks promising.

Nice! Good job tovarishch.

Hello, Ales and Nikola.
I found another little trouble.
After the completion of the render, I noticed that the picture was overexposed. I adjusted some settings and saved the result. As a result, we got a picture with the reverse gamma correction.
I checked it happens because the Corona is a renderer. And this reverse gamma correction is visible when viewed in PDPlayer or FastStone Image Viewer.

There is one problem with the stacking of materials.
With a simple texture, everything works fine, but with procedural noise, the tiling restriction does not work.

I made a scene with 114 163 billion polygon  with the help of MoGraph the cloner, it was very simple.
The main thing is not to forget in the cloner include the function - render instance.
Corona 1.7/ DalyBuild/  May 15 2017
Win10 / Cinema R18.048
CPU 5820K /  Ram 32 GB - The scene used 12.7 GB
Now this is probably a Mac version problem, but I think you need to try the latest daily build.
Previously, there were the same problems, the scene consumed all the memory and the system hovered. Now everything works even better than in 3DMax
The Render Legion team did a good job! Thank you guys, you are great.

I usually work in conjunction С4D and Corona, but this time it was necessary to use 3D max.
Denoising - fantastic!
Corona scatter - easy and powerful stuff, really looking forward to its implementation in C4D.

I've been picking up the settings for the AO and noise. Came to a the conclusion that it is necessary to draw a mask manually.  So there is still a lot of work to make it look decent.

Here is what author writes - "We used SolidAngle Arnold as our render engine and Cinema 4D software for the design boards on this one. The biggest challenge was to keep the flames/shaders believable but stylised and crafted to the story at the same time"
