You need shadow catcher shader, which is not implemented yet. You can copy your scene, replace lights with c4d lights and use cinema's native shadow catcher shader. (with native renderer)

It looks like most flickering happens on highlights, did you try to increase highlight compression and see if its gone?

You can copy few times object you have inside cloner, assign different mat to each copy, that way they will have iteration.
