A simplistic bathroom with a view. Glad I did this but still not super happy about the overall result. CC welcome! :)

That looks amazing! I dont spuppose you have a wireframe of just the branches you used to create the hedges with C scatter? Would be interesting to see the shape of them.

Thanks! Here's the wire. :) If you have any bush/tree models with nice looking leaves, you can just take a couple of branches from them.

Hi guys, here's something I worked on. It mainly started as a study on how to make those hedges with Cscatter & couple of separated branches from a bush model. I was amazed how fast it rendered, (before adding all the trees and other stuff that makes up the whole scene! :) )

It's a spinning spaceship/station, so artificial gravity! :D

Hello! I wanted to share this little rendering of a moody futuristic hotel room - just a personal project for fun :)
This was also done for purposes of trying out the 1.6 Corona - and just generally some features that has been added after 1.4. Not the most photorealistic render definitely..but I kinda like the outcome.

Cheers! Yeah, it's great fun. Really wakes up the photographer in me :)

I initially sculpted the model in Zbrush, then did a retopo in Blender and finished up the details in Zbrush. All the final scene setups etc. were done in good old Max.

I'd like to make more of these macro-renders, really fun to just play around with cameras when the model and the scene is set up and posed. :)

I had this older model of a "sci-fi lab" lying around, so I decided to take it somewhere. Corona & moderate amount of Photoshop :)

clemens_at: Thank you! You're quite right with the eyes missing that nice highlight, I still have another render in mind so I'll take that into account.

fa2020: Thanks! I used the displacement map from Zbrush, but I used it with the Corona Displacement-modifier, it'll give the best results. (I think?)

Mr.Schorsch: Glad you like it! Yeah it's a weird world, took me a while to just test it out and see what looks good :P

Wow! Great effect of translucent skin :)

Sweet, thanks! :) It was mostly just trial and error to get the right look.

This little guy was sculpted in Zbrush and the rest of the scene was built in 3DS Max. I wanted to try Corona for the rendering and materials (Interactive was extremely useful and cool), and it was quite fun! :)
