CPU Fan dead?... or full of dust, or even power source not enough maybe?... who knows really.I did the test found that the Extreme CPU temperature reaches 86 degrees. Most likely the case in outdated thermal grease.
Overheating... condensation... motherboard deformation due to heat... it could be anything...
It could be that your psu is about to die. I had similar issues right before my unit had gone to psu heaven.
