Thanks for answer,
If you change to vray you can export for example Car animation and merge it in Vantage.

For now the live link is not production ready, isue with reflecion maps stil not repaired

Hello guys,
 i gave a chance this new tools and really trying to make it work.

Question:
- When Roughness maps in Live Link will be fixed? (now using map i base color makes roughness map not work) -> you have to use Export Scene and then standalone Vantage.
- When will Corona AO or Curvature work?

Also translucency is not 1:1
Also hdri map to match Corona has to rotated 270deg inside Vantage.

as far i know, for now, just change display mode to some proxies (dont use point clouds)

if you will in any case re-render region of image or some big object and used autoexposure you will have bad time

I really appreciate the work of the corona team,
I have been using this engine since version 6 alpha, and being able to NOT use that awful vray back then was a game changer.

But there is no denying that in the opinion of many users (and mine), in the last few years have been developed features that, for example, duplicate Forest Pack....next step is intergration with Vray GPU?

In my opinion, if someone changes the workflow to GPU, they will abandon Corona within a month due to the terrible work performance in 3dsmax.

Give us, i dont know, chromatic abberation in VFB?
10% faster material editor?
GPU Enchanced something like auto texture tiling?

i honestly dont understand any development towards Vantage.

If anyone want to use this technology - you have to buy vantage, so just use vray?
All of this developers' efforts so somebody can still use "familiar" corona process just to dump it into vantage? I would rather dump it into Unreal....

SO in theory, when i change   
#of threads ovveride (-3)  Corona should not use 3 (threads?)

But in task manager during IR all threads are 100%....

Also - would it be posibble (and in my opionion would be game changer for Corona productivity - which is insanley BAD and SLOW at the moment) that we could set up corona IR to NOT use 2 first CORES. Becasue... you know 3dsmax UI uses them...
? Am i wrong?
