Yes, spotted that a) The text is identical (so this is probably a bot) and b) There's no sign on the web of XSystem these days.

Resellers are particularly useful for some countries, where people can only purchase from a company that runs from within their country - in those cases, without a reseller, people wouldn't be able to get Corona at all. Other than that, they are useful for purchasers who have a history of buying from the reseller (so they may discover Corona on there, while they would not have run across it otherwise - so that just extends the reach and promotion of Corona).

EDIT - in some countries, it's a restriction for all businesses in their country that they can only buy from a company in their country; for other places, certain organizations may have that as a rule just for themselves (most likely educational and Government organizations, for example).

No UV mapping mode in the lister for Scatters, either controls or at least an indicator that the Scatter is in UV Mode (and "Count" still shows as enabled in the Lister, though it is greyed out in the Scatter itself).

Most V-Ray materials should convert - are you sure you have V-Ray installed on the machine (necessary for the converter to run; it can be just the demo, and can be expired, but it does need to be installed)? Is it possible that in Max 2016 you have V-Ray installed, but not in 2019?

Also yes, ensure you have opened the effects tab and deleted them, since this is a converted scene it could have things in there which are not supported by Corona, as sprayer mentioned to do.

There's a button on the Corona Toolbar to create a Corona Cam from the active Perspective view.

The NVIDIA error is most likely related to memory (and running out of it). Resolution size and GPU memory will likely determine that - what resolution are you rendering to, and how much memory does your GPU have?

Can you clarify what you mean by "nothing" just so we know for sure what you are describing? Is it that the render element is there, but it's all black? Or is it that it is missing? If it is there, have you inspected it in the VFB (right click with the mouse) to see what the values are, since they are usually out of range for display (they don't always map to colors) - are the values showing as 0,0,0 or do they have some values and data in there? Or by nothing do you mean there is stuff in that pass, but no motion blur from RSMB?

Also don't forget that RSMB (which we can't test as it's a paid plugin) may require a different format - there are two parts to that, world or camera, and then there is sometimes an offset needed (the exact settings for RSMB escape my memory at the moment, you can maybe find it with a forum search as it has come up before).

Also, when you have crashes, the crash log / bug report can be useful for us to see what is going on (not sure if that was sent with the scene, but thought I'd mention it!) - that way if it doesn't crash for us, at least we can see what was happening on your set up at the time :)

Note that there are very large memory savings to be had with Corona 3 and the new "Apply automatic bump" option (enable it, reduce your displacement quality e.g. from 2px to 4px).

Hard to tell, but could it be an accurate reflection (just what is it reflecting from behind the camera?) If so you'll need to add something there to reflect, kind of looks at the moment like there is a vertical white card or light, then a gap with a black environment, then the white ground plane - so you'd need to avoid that gap. The other thing it might be reflecting is some environment image with the black in it.

You don't have to fly to Prague - there are official Corona courses all over the world now from our Primary Certified and Certified Instructors (https://corona-academy.com/) :) Those include online courses (though you can't become an instructor of any sort through those courses, but you can become a Certified User).

You can always contact an instructor near you, or one in your language, to see if they have courses planned soon, and ask if they are planning any online courses, using the lists at https://corona-academy.com/certified
