[Max] I need help! / I found that a model could not be converted to a proxy.

The original document is a set of books. One of them cannot be converted to an agent. Did not find any difference between it and other books, other books can be converted.
I uploaded this book. Can anyone try to convert it to a proxy? (MAX version 2014, Corona version 3 hitfix 1)

[Max] I need help! / [Solved] Corona bitmap fails to load file if its path contains non Latin letters

When testing Corona 3.1, I suddenly found that it could not read the EXR picture format, and the bitmap of MAX can be read normally.I noticed that other people in the forum also found this problem and have not received a definitive reply.
PS: win10 system, 3dsmax2017, 2019
I have let others tested it and can't read it. This problem seems to exist in version 3.0 as well.

Installing corona3.0 encountered an error. But I have never seen this before. So I don't know how to solve it.
Win10 system. Ability to install 1.7, but can't install 3.0
