What about if you rendering an animation, if you disabled it you will get faster render, but with no bloom and glare ?

It's nice interior, the question is for people who is professional, how do you balance the white in the interior, here is an interior with white lacking modern look.
my question is what's best white or like this a bit more realistic ?
