[Max] General Discussion / Render Node Monitor
« on: 2017-11-08, 11:08:10 »

Just in case you don't know this tool, and may need it, don't hesitate to give Render Node Monitor a try:
We've used it for months now, very happy with it ! I guess people using Deadline will laugh, but I think RNM fills an interesting gap.
FYI, it handles BB servers, VRay Spawners, Corona DR Servers, and more with a bit of cheating. The guys behind it are very responsive, don't hesitate to contact them.

Hello there :)

Sorry if it has already been mentionned before, but I'd find very useful to be able to define resolution / ratio per camera ... I know this can be achieved with the (old'n'crappy) Batch Render, but it's not very convenient if you ask me ;)

What do you think ?

Off-Topic / hello
« on: 2015-09-18, 12:17:55 »
Hello Corona guys !

I was a Corona user in the alphas times, and had to let it down temporarily for several reasons ... anyway, I'm back on it now, bought a licence, so I thought I'd just say hello :)
There are a few guys around here I haven't "seen" for a long time now (an obscure beta team :P), I'd be happy to get some news obviously !
Time to get into grips again with all the new things now implemented in Corona - I can't wait !

All the best,

[Max] Resolved Bugs / Crop rendering

Is it me missing something, or simply a bug/limitation, but I don't get the crop rendering working ... any idea, please ?

Thanks !

[Max] General Discussion / Error with latest daily build
« on: 2013-01-25, 18:00:11 »

I'm sorry if it has already been discussed, but I've got trouble running the 2013-01-21 legacy build, whereas the previous one I tested (Alpha 3) runs smoothly.
You can see enclosed the error message I get ... any idea, please ?

Gallery / Very first attempt with Corona ;)
« on: 2013-01-25, 17:49:21 »

Here is my first attempt using Corona on a "real-life" scene. I think it's a good start to test more things (displacement for example).
I'll post updated wersion asap ;)

Cheers !

[Max] General Discussion / Standard lights and Corona
« on: 2013-01-22, 21:59:06 »

I'm sorry if it has already been discussed before, but I'm wondering about std spot lights for example, to be used with Corona ... the lights converter seems to ignore them (I'm converting a scene made with VRay). so, does that mean one has to use Corona lights only ?

Thanks in advance !

Would it be possible to make CoronaLight compatible with snaping when creating it ? it's something pretty useful ;)
