It looks like you're using triplanar in your material. Triplanar will ignore object's UV mapping entirely and instead provide its own mapping. Its effect is only visible at render time, hence the mismatch with what you see in the viewport and in the rendered image.

Yes. Here's a basic scene with couple examples of how you could possibly approach this. Mind you the mapping is not done correctly in this scene and it will break as soon as you will try to change object dimensions, or texture tiling. It's perfectly possible to fix this, but i just wanted to quickly throw some scene together and my Max knowledge is a bit rusty.

Both bitmap nodes (Max and Corona) have cropping tools and you can use mapping randomizer to do randomization of cropped tiles.

Hi,

If i understand your description correctly, the wardrobe object is positioned flush to the wall, or even slightly intersecting it, but when rendering there is some gap between them. Is that correct? I would check if the wall material has a displacement applied that is pushing the surface back.

Interesting findings. The only problem is that i need high resolution textures in viewports only for blueprints when i'm doing modeling, but that's when my renderer is set to scanline and using Corona bitmaps would be pretty inconvenient.

The Max restriction is just the maximum size of 16k afaik.

Isn't it 8K? I have set it at 8K and the quality is still quite shitty, probably because they use the cheapest filtering there is.

More details about the issue would be needed - version of 3ds Max and Corona, what materials, only the complex, consisting of multiple nested maps, or any, even the simplest ones?

I guess that means that there was an image rendered by Corona which was partially (or more likely completely) re-generated by AI, am i right on that? It would be nice to see original render before AI pass, but not big deal if you don't want to show it. Don't get me wrong, i'm not against AI assisted tools, it's just that the image has so many errors and hallucinations, that i think you should try to fix at least the biggest ones, before submitting your work to the gallery. I will move the post to the work in progress board in hope that this will encourage you to improve your work.

You can't, it's self reflection, but you can try to make it less prominent by making chrome material less perfect. Maybe try to darken metal's colour a bit, give it slight roughness to reflection, add some imperfection map. You can also try to adjust scene lights placement, or even add invisible blocking cards.

You would need to have separate scatter for each flower type, then paint a masks for each of them or use splines to define the areas.
