hello, i have the corona vfb set up as the default window in the options. however, when i use the TEAM RENDERER the picture viewer from c4d pops up instead of the corona vfb. it would be great if only the VFB window opens when using the team renderer. Thanks!

Any Information on this? Its very difficult when working in the viewport using multiple lights in the scene, whose should only affects in the rendering...

Hello Corona Team, now I also have a few open questions about the new licensing.

As I understand it (we are FairSaas users since the beginning), both our licenses (without surcharge) have been transferred to Corona Premium licenses. In the past the subscription was automatically renewed.
Now I was shocked when I logged in that the automatic renewal of our licenses is suspended.

In the email from today that is supposed to inform us about the new licensing model it says the following...

About your Corona Render Nodes.
As a long-time user who previously had a FairSaaS subscription, your new Corona Premium subscription will come with the same number of Render Nodes as your current subscription, at no extra charge. This will continue as long as your Premium subscription renews without interruption.

This is already the first point. Why is the automatic repeat no longer active?

Now this can be a bug? I hope? I think that we would have had to pay the new price if the licenses had suddenly expired or would that not have been the case?

Well then I want to activate the automatic renewal and an error message appears.

I hope someone can give me some clarification, maybe I'm reading too much into this...?

same problem here. i first thought that a colleague had turned all the lights back on. here's an example of lights not being turned off in the viewport. most of the time, we need this (not visible in viewport, but still be activated like rendering led bars etc) (it is important because sometimes you can't see the whole scene when single lights are visible in the viewport)

Corona Light Materials with "emit light" option disabled and Corona Materials with self-illumination enabled cannot be added to the LightSelect elements. They always end up in the "Rest" part of LightMix.
We already have a feature request for this logged in our tracker as it makes perfect sense (e.g. you may want to control the directly visible part of your light source, which is not emitting any light).

Hello ! Isnt it possible to see a preview before rendering when using the curvature map? No Base Color seen..

come on this is just a false trail, i bet this will be in the c4d daily build within a week :D:D:D

If you mean the Material Library, this will actually go away entirely as we plan on moving the materials into Cosmos at some point, and that way you only download the ones you need as you need them, rather than having to download them all and all at once.

I see Corona Material will be moving to cosmos, the problem with cosmos browser is, its implimented with windows edge and cannot be docked into the cinema 4d windows system. i hope that can be fixed with cosmos in the feature that it can be docked into cinemas window system.
