[Max] I need help! / Ryzen 9950X performance issues (freezes)

If you are getting the following issues:
- While interactive or production rendering with Corona, the whole system freezes, you are getting mouse cursor stuttering, or there is some other kind of "slowdown"
- Performance randomly goes back to normal
- This happens even in very simple "teapot" scenes
- You observed that previous Corona versions worked smoothly and Corona 12 Update 1 Hotfix 1 is suffering from this problem
The solution is to fully update your Windows. The required Windows Update is 26100.3321 (KB5052093) or newer.
Please also make sure you are using the newest version of Corona from https://www.chaos.com/corona/download
If updating Windows doesn't help, please go to your BIOS and disable an option called EXPO (sometimes it is also called XMP or DOCP - it's responsible for memory overclocking). The option should say "disabled" or "off".
Big thanks to forum user Quest, who actively investigated the issue and shared updates with us!
