Lately i noticed that disc lights are generating times more noise than any other type of corona light.

For example here

With the IES placed in the disc light the story becomes mych more dramatic. It needs to render over 600 pases to get +\- smooth result.

Sugestion - May be threre is somethig wrong with generated geometry?

Can you show comparison between disk and for example rectangle light with the same amount of passes?

Hey, any update on this? If you don't have enough time to create repro scene, could you at least provide me with basic scene characteristics so i could try to reproduce it on my own? :)

Thanks!

I can't look into you error report. May I ask what is the status quo of this issue?
Many thanks.
