Licensing server without 3ds max?

Hi, ich would like to install the Licensing server on our server. There´s no 3ds max installed, only the backburner. Does this work? Or Is 3dsmax necessary? Thanks for your answers!

Hi,
licensing server does not require 3ds Max nor Backburner to run, so you should be fine.
