Corona Outline Material Through Opacity Maps

I'd like to bring up a possible bug with the new outline material. It seems to disappear from objects that have the material on them, but behind an opacity map.

I.e. this fence has a alpha to represent the metal. The People have the outline applied, yet after the map the people are seen to have no outline, but again, once they are seen through glass they again have the outline material.
