Hello!!! trying to use the ai enhancer, the picture is always cropped, when uploaded on the cloud..; why???

First of all, there is no point in using or providing support for a Release Candidate version of Corona. Please download and install the final 13 release - https://my.chaos.com/download/build?product=Corona

About the issue: it seems that you are using production upscaling in Render Setup > Scene. Please disable this option and try again.
This is a bug and we now have it reported as (Report ID=CMAX-1746).
