I rendered a coffee table in a studio lighting setup. The material looks very matte. I tried increasing the reflection level and glossiness of several materials and applied, but the material still looks matte. I am confused about what the issue is. Is it material, lighting, or camera angle? I added the reflection render too. Can anyone help?

Did you try to change the lighting to a more contrasty one? Your material previews in the material editor looks very glossy, so it's most likely that the "issue" is in the lighting. If it's very diffuse, which is quite common in studio setup, then materials might struggle to show clear glossy reflections, because there's not enough contrast for that.

How can I achieve a more contrasty lighting? I am new to studio setup rendering. I am using a key light, a fill light and white environment light.

You can choose smaller, but brighter lights and/or darken the background. In other words, you want bigger difference between brightest and darkest parts of the scene. That should give you more pronounced and crispier reflections.

This is because in your scene there is nothing to reflect other than just plain color and empty space. You can override the reflection with some HDRI either on full scene or on some specific material. see screenshot attached.

...or place a temporary Corona Light over the table top so that you can see its reflection. Once you are happy with your material setup, remove that temporary light.
