I have been trying to make realistic ice cubes for some time. The difficulty is getting the inside to look correct with the imperfections and impurities that are inside real ice cubes (cloudiness, fractures, small bubbles. etc). I was recently reading a Corona PBR article and saw that there were the exact ice cubes I was looking for at the very end of the article (https://www.chaos.com/blog/what-is-pbr-physically-based-rendering-a-complete-guide?srsltid=AfmBOopBWkeK1Du25CPPJE0gvYP9Ft0z9kDmu3DvLIjwZx-WYgrcyfSI). Since the article was about PBR materials, I assume this can be done with some creative use of the Corona Maps and not all different geometry? Any help is greatly appreciated. IT would be awesome if Chaos could post scene files of these example renders/scenes.

I don't think this could be done with a single material. One cube is probably made out of multiple objects and/or volumetric effects.
