Testing noise reduction in post pro.

Using AE+Neat video 3.0

First image is just with post procesing in mgic bullet and photoshop

Second is postprocesd in AE and MB.

Version without NR, looks muuuch better to me. I can't stop wondering, why people so much prefer plastic smoothness over slight noise. IMHO, former almost always looks artificial, while latter gives impression of details.

Somewhere in the middle, Somehow we got a hell lot of things to do on this week and did not managed to finish the animation on time.

I am planing to usit only in animations, because of time\resource\noisy depth of field isues )

We are planing to render it on 8 xeons and 1-2 h per frame (i hope) or worst case scenario 20-40 min frame on 4 i7+1xeon.
