DR Renderer without installing an instance of 3ds Max on the second PC

I would like to be able to use DR Renderer without having to install 3ds max on another PC. This is very inconvenient and archaic. Is it possible to do something about it?

But how would you render 3ds Max native features then? (e.g. the noise map)
