- Object Replacer: replaces the selected objects with the objects that were added to the table of replacing objects.
- Pivot Placer:
- Bounding Box: shifts the pivot of the selected objects via the modifying the offset of their axes.
- Point Selection: places the pivot of the selected object to the selected point on that object.
- Transform Randomizer: transforms the chosen objects based on their axes and variation range. Types of transformations are translation, rotation, and scaling.
- Scene Cleaner: cleans the scene from the options that are provided as checkboxes.
- Selection Randomizer: randomizes the selection, of the selected objects in the scene based on percentage/count of the selected objects.
- Added 200+ CoronaMaterialLibrary materials to Chaos Cosmos
General- Corona TileMap:
- Added tile rotation variation + horizontal/vertical offsets + random individual tile shrinking.
- Added gap distortion.
- Added gap blurring.
- Improved conversion of V-Ray metal materials to Corona Physical material when importing Cosmos assets.
- Lister - Added tracking of nested materials.
- Corona Material Library - Added note that it will be moved to Cosmos in the upcoming versions.
- Improved Corona TileMap UI.
Bugfixes- Fixed issue where two neighboring tiles at the center always had the same randomization in MappingRandomizer.
- Fixed issue where Intel GPU denoiser was creating a ghosting in interactive rendering.
- Fixed issue where UV offset spinners reset to 0 when clicking down arrow if they have a negative value.
- Lister - fixed inconsistency between 3ds Max and Lister labels in displacement mod.
- AO, RoundedEdges, CurvatureMap now work with MappingRandomizer.
- Fixed rare crash when loading pattern modifier with "Use pattern material" on in Max 2024.
- Fixed crash that occured when additional output of multiple output map was used as input of a scene object (e.g. Scatter)
- Fixed issue where Camera Physical Size did not work with Render selected (pixel mask).
- Fixed issue where Corona Camera physical size box was wrongly transformed in the Max viewport.
- Fixed Curves tone mapping operator slowing down the whole tone mapping UI.
- Fixed VFB history not showing B&G and not saving the enabled state of tone mapping.
- Fixed issue where lister was not synchronized when changing values from 3ds max UI.
- Fixed issue where albedo slider in the Corona Color Picker was not working properly.
- Fixed crash when creating toolbar button from MaxScript code.
Scatter- Added falloff control for the Altitude limitation.
- Added falloff control for Look At.
- Edge trimming now works for Corona proxies with non "Full mesh" display mode.
- Scatter Look At distance now uses scene units.
