Ive searched about similar question, and only found "its a limitation" answer
is there any trick if I want to create some seascape from a normal perspective (instead of a drowning person) without that funny "horizon" line, which is more like the infinite end of the ground...?

If you're using combination of volume effect and procedural clouds in Corona sky, then the answer is still "it's a limitation of current implementation". You need to choose either one or another, they cannot be used both at the same time.

there is no volume effect in these renders

I just want to create some landscape with a more or less lifelike horizon, but the only option to rotate the "sea" towards the camera, so I lose the blurred end

In that case this must be the horizon. Since your sea plane is completely flat and obviously not infinite, it simply can't cover below the horizon part of the sky. The solution would be to extend the sea plane further and increase fake horizon blur in Corona sky to mask hard horizon line. Alternatively you can increase altitude in Corona sky, but be aware that this will significantly change sky appearance and overall lighting.
