Hi, 2-3 years ago there was the following discussion: https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=22943.msg140434#msg140434

It'd be VERY helpful to be able to copy the camera settings from one camera to another, rather than go thru the unnecessarily painful process of saving the Postprocess.conf file.

A simple 'copy settings' button should surely be possible?

Thanks for your consideration! :)

Hi, I think this request makes sense, but I would like to make sure I understand it correctly. What exactly do you mean by "settings"? All camera settings? The tone mapping stack? Maybe something else?

Just duplicating the camera is not a good enough workaround?

Would you like to keep some camera settings (like ISO, fstop, and other photographic settings) and only transfer the tone mapping stack from one camera to another?

Could you list a few example use cases for this?

Apologies, yes I meant the tonemapping settings. (Though all settings might be handy too?)

The main case I can think of:
- I create a camera, copy it and both use global settings.
- Camera 1 I start to change it's individual tonemapping.
- I decide later that camera 2 should also have this same tonemapping.

I can save the tonemapping, then import it from camera 1 to 2 or I can load it into the global settings (however the global settings isn't helpful if I have other cameras in the scene relying on this). In both cases it's be MUCH easier to just copy and paste the tonemapping. :)

Duplicating the camera is not a good enough workaround as in this case (as is usual for my workflow) the camera is already created, set-up and linked to something like Pulze SM.

All clear?

Logged for further consideration. Hopefully the Save/Load buttons are "good enough" for most users.
