Omg it looks like early 2000. i think you can start up woth setting override material for everything except the windows and setup lighting with HDRI or with dayligh sistem with corona sky and sun.

Honestly - the lighting sucks. I'd suggest sticking to a "regular" sky+sun and making it look good. After that you can experiment with "storm is coming and someone is playing with a flashlight" lighting if you really need it.
