The wooden flor bump is not good. Seems you're using the diffuse map in bump slot, am I right? Looks bad...try to use a better bump map.
The floor looks plastic, maybe increase glossiness...
Your last images are very compressed/low quality.
Overall I think you are improving.

thanks for reply, yes i did use diffuse map in bump slot, but i will update this scene thanks you for help :)

Looks like you are good at lighting but your scenes require more work with details.

-1st pic:  window hole is... just a hole with blinds over it, no window frame, no handles, etc. Maybe even no glass? Chairs by the table look ridiculously tiny in comparison with the bed, but maybe it's just an illusion. Shoes look tiny in comparison with bed, but maybe it's just a huge bed? Maybe contrast is a bit high, but maybe it makes it look more photographic. Background image is horrible.

-2nd pic - background image.... reflections in floor are too strong and colourful

-3rd pic - too much noise reduction and too much colourful post processing + flowers look plastic, they need translucency

-4th pic - "flat" materials, even metal door lock and handle are flat and non-reflective
