Hi!, I work on a archviz studio and yesterday I upgrade my pc to corona 8 and everything worked fine (the others pcs still had corona 7) but this morning we can not longer open any file, we discover that if we unistall corona completely 3dsmax let us open any file but at the moment we install corona again we cant open files anymore, any solutions?

Hi, can you please clarify on the issue, what exactly is happening and you cannot open a file, a crash, some error, a freeze etc.?

Is there a licence issue this morning. I can ot get one this morning. Worked fine yesterday..now , can not connect to the Licence server.

It seems that there is a local issue with one or more internet service providers. We were contacted by more than one user with identical issues from the same location. Unfortunately, I am afraid that it is up to the internet service provide to resolve this, but one workaround I can offer right now would be connecting to internet through mobile data (enabling WIFI hotspot on your phone with mobile data enabled). This should allow you to access the Chaos website and the Chaos License Server. (please be careful with other operations though as downloading large files while on mobile data may be very costly!)

Hi, can you please clarify on the issue, what exactly is happening and you cannot open a file, a crash, some error, a freeze etc.?

We dont get any errors, 3dsmax screen freeze and the file wont open, we tried to give it some time but even waiting for an hour dont make any difference.
But when we turn off the internet router we can work with the files, the problem is that we have a server and we need to stay on internet :s
