Hello, I've been testing corona 8 for a few days now. I tried running another instance of 3dsmax while doing a render on another, (same versions of 3dsmax), but corona says all licenses are in use. Does that's mean I can on render on one at a time using the license? Also it doesn't seem to find any licenses at all for chaos scatter.

PS, on Scatter, that should have a license and if you are getting a licensing error on trying to add a Chaos Scatter, please submit a request at https://support.chaos.com/ and be sure to mention Corona version, host software and version, and which OS and version.

Hi, sorry for the confusion, but what Tom originally wrote here is not correct.

You can run multiple instances of 3ds Max on one machine and this will consume only 1 license. We have tested this scenario and it works like this, which is the expected behavior.

If you are having problems with the following:
- activating one license in multiple instances of 3ds Max
- Scatter activation/other issues
Then please contact us here and we will help you: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
