Hello

My new I7 12700K uses only e-cores for rendering in Corona 6 / 7 in 3ds max 2022.2 Standalone does the same.

I tried Arnold and Cinebench - they use all cores.
Any solutions?

The solution for now is to disable e-cores for 3ds max in task manager (3ds max details - affinity - uncheck e-cores)

It would be great if there is a fix how to make it use e-cores as well.

Also looks like win11 solving this problem but I haven't upgraded yet.

There is a way how to make 3dsmax always run with e-cores disabled, I can post link here if it is allowed.

Yes, it seems this is a limitation of windows 10, but we will investigate.
And yes, feel free to share links, unless they are some scam/warez/spam. :)

We are not getting any new user reports about this - it was most likely a Windows issue fixable through Windows Update or upgrading to Windows 11.
