Corona 5 - crash when open material editor

Hello

today at my company I'm having the same issue.
At first 3ds max 2024 didn't recognize corona as a renderer so I decide to reinstall at it work
But now every time a try to create a material 3ds max just crashes.
i already started a order with chaos corona assistance but i just don´t understand why this is happening

3ds max 2024 - version
Corona 12 for 3ds Max, update 2, hotfix 1 - version

Can you share the ticket number? and also we released Corona 13 recently, can you try to upgrade to corona 13 and see if it fixes the issue the issue for you?

I have try with corona 13 but is still causing my 3d max to crash
