When i was render its become showing black render frame

We'd need lots more information - which host software, which version of the host software, which version of Corona, and in this case the scene and instructions to follow to duplicate the error. Also this should be posted under the right section, and not under "About this forum" (e.g. https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?board=29.0 if this was 3ds Max, or https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?board=49.0 if this was Cinema 4D).

You can send the scene to use via private uploader, see the links in my signature for information on that.

Also, why have you named this "Bad allocation" - was there an error message with that wording in it? Can you screen grab that error message if so? (screen grab is preferable to taking a photograph of the screen, btw).
